Refunds & Cancellation
Eligibility, deposits, rescheduling, and refund timing for SecuraNet Digital desk sessions.
Scope
This policy covers paid sessions and retainers offered by SecuraNet Digital: Desktop Arbitrage Spread Review, Exchange Fee Audit, PC Calculator Desk Setup, and Recurring Desk Check. This site does not sell physical goods or software licenses for download checkout.
Cooling-off and eligibility
If you cancel a scheduled session more than 48 hours before the start time (KST), you may request a full refund of fees paid for that session, minus any non-recoverable third-party meeting costs disclosed in advance (rare).
Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee, or a one-time reschedule at no extra charge if a slot exists within 14 days.
No-shows without notice are not refundable. Work already delivered (for example a completed fee map emailed to you) is not refundable for that portion of the engagement.
Deposits
Deposits hold a calendar slot. They are applied to the final invoice. Deposits are refundable under the same timing rules as session fees. If we cancel, deposits are returned in full.
Partial refunds
When an engagement includes multiple deliverables and only part is completed at cancellation, we refund the unfinished portion on a reasonable-time basis agreed in writing. Materials already prepared for your venues may be billed proportionally.
Retainers (Recurring Desk Check)
Monthly retainers renew unless cancelled with at least seven days’ notice before the next billing month. Unused checks in a billed month do not automatically roll over beyond one courtesy carry (max one session) unless agreed. Mid-month cancellation after a check was already held refunds only the unused remaining checks in that month, if any.
Non-refundable items
- Completed write-ups and annotated fee maps already sent to you
- Third-party costs you approved in writing (for example off-site travel)
- Time spent waiting when required materials never arrive and the slot cannot be reused
Process & timing
Email info@securanet.digital with your name, session date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within three business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add delay.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed per session if requested at least 48 hours ahead. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the rules above.
Exceptions
If we cannot deliver for reasons on our side (illness without substitute, office closure), you choose a full refund or a new date. Statutory rights under Korean consumer law that cannot be waived remain available where they apply.
