By browsing https://securanet.digital or engaging SecuraNet Digital for a comparison session, fee audit, calculator setup, or recurring desk check, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book services.
Services described
Pages describe informational rates and human-delivered desk sessions related to arbitrage spread and exchange fee comparison for desktop traders. Nothing on the site is an offer of investment advice, brokerage, custody, or a promise of trading profit. Session scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of fee pages, volume statements, and screenshots you provide. We may pause work if materials are incomplete or contradictory.
Intellectual property
Worksheet templates, write-ups, and site content remain owned by SecuraNet Digital or its licensors. You receive a personal license to use deliverables from your paid session for your own trading desk. You may not resell our templates as a product or republish write-ups without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that impairs service, submit malicious content through forms, or impersonate another person when booking.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, SecuraNet Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after receiving a fee or spread comparison. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised date on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
